Tube warmth, Overdrive and Distortion (Overdrive component demo coming shortly), a seriously good Noise Gate, 3-9dB Boost and a rugged but handsome build. Nice. And then there's the sound. Hallelujah! I'm sold. This one is staying with me. It brings the rock, big time. Well done Maxon. I can see that I'm going to have to further investigate more of your gear soon. This video was recorded with a PRS Studio guitar. The amp is my trusty HIWATT Custom 50 SA212. The mic is a Violet Design 'The Amethyst Standard' condenser planted dead centre and about 4 inches away from the left speaker. It was LOUD in the room. Pro Tools 9 recorded it. You'll notice some reverb on the intro and outro parts: this was courtesy of the mighty Waves CLA Guitars plug that I use for light compression as well. There's also a Waves L3-16 Limiter over the master output to keep levels at -.02dB.
